Este "combinado especial" de tren, senderismo e interpretación medioambiental se inauguró en 2016 y durante los siguientes años ha continuado ofreciendo experiencias de ecoturismo con un buen grado de satisfacción entre los participantes.
El Tren Geológico del Prepirineo es uno de los programas que componen las Visitas Guiadas y Ecoturismo que la Hoya de Huesca poner a tu disposición entre los meses de mayo y octubre.

One of the safest ways of covering plain and mountain and being in touch with nature, is the BTT mountain bike. It is one of the fastest sports that has developed over the years, and is now a much riskier, exciting way of enjoying the steepest and most tortuous places in La Hoya de Huesca. There are many alternatives for bicycle routes. We would encourage you to discover them.
We recommend amateurs to respect the necessary safety measures and never to go without helmets.
Probably the easiest way to discover the natural enclaves is to follow the routes and pathways that cross them.
In La Hoya de Huesca the countryside is rich in geological formations hard to find in other parts of Spain. These formations are also places where a multitude of birds nest and circle the sky and you can sight these on the routes suggested.
There are several treks with different degrees of difficulty, where you can enjoy cultural and natural attractions, such as the Guara Natural Park and the Kingdom of the Synclines. On these walks you will see uniquely beautiful architectonic samples of the Romanesque style that are well- conserved, river courses that form spectacular canyons, etc. There are parts where you can relax in oak or pine woods, fields of almond trees or crops; others lead to privileged observation points of birds of prey or migrating birds.
